my understanding was the upper limit of the offer was $1.06 before ASIC intervened with potential misleading the market / holders

how this works with T2 offering $1 and .35 coming from RRP coffers I dont know but I'm guessing this is how they get round it

only have to wait 30 days and a decision will finally be made is my understanding.

going on the last 6 months of T2 trying to buy RRP for peanuts... they are peanuts for trying!
