No worries.

I wasn't planning to post until the next 2 announcements were made.

We will get the updated Bidders statement tomorrow.

We will then get the updated information from the Independent Directors.

I expect this will be no more than a day or 2 after tomorrow (that's just an educated guess), but they did lodge the same day as the Bidders statement last time.

I expect we will get a real gauge on the state of affairs from the Independent Directors.
I suspect they will have a fair idea about demand for a raise, and at what price they may be able to raise at (.assuming they are still recommending rejection of the offer).
Let's not forget they will have full knowledge of what has been happening in the data room (been open for 2 months now).
They also know the Takeovers Panel were happy to step in, and that the T2 aligned Directors have given Undertakings. They should feel empowered.

This is the announcement I want to see!
