ASIC have a continuing investigation - finally confirmation that ASIC may be doing something. My 3 submissions received a thank you letter with no indications anything would be done.

Totally agree. ASIC response dated 30 May is surely required to have been disclosed to shareholders so they could make an informed decision at either of the two EGMS - even though shareholders did make the right decision thanks to the dedicated efforts of some.
