You succinctly explain why I was never keen on Roe/Reb, but it had other advantages for RMS, including moving them up the index and giving them future options.
I have no doubt RMS would like to acquire Carosue Dam, but I really struggle to think that NST would sell it now (perhaps 6-12 months might be a different matter, which may well suit RMS considering the long time line for development, especially when you compare it to how quickly CMM are developing Mt Gibson), when they have in no way got control of DEG.
Let's see whether things play out like RMS optimistic script might be written.
