Let's be clear here, using 5% is misleading - current shareholders are getting 4% of the company, excluding up to GBP250m with WTG and sale of UK subsidiaries. Also, shares can still be issued to management and the Notes can be converted to shares. So there really isn't much company left for current shareholders.
