    Hall represents the class action as a whole. You cant just settle with him and tell the remaining CA participants to fk off.

    Hall is the "lead plaintiff" and is essentially the face of the CA.

    If they settle the funds will come from insurance, and SGH's money (i.e. hedge funds money..).. but I don't think hedge funds are willing to pay even 1 cent to the CA..
