The Mcap stays the same but most investors have been diluted out in favour of the lenders.
The new owners have a choice of what to do to raise the mcap. Asset strip or turn around the co.
That will require further placements and dilution before long.
The Rainbow chasing of the WTG escrow will need to be reviewed dispassionately, something that AG was obviously emotionally invested in.
They must judge the WTG case has less that 50% chance but there is nothing to stop the lenders from buying into WTG now as a hedge (double win).
