as an example - you had $100k in a company with ~$700m in debt - that company had viability/ongoing concern issues; its price was ~10cents.

Now...that company switched 96% of its debt for equity...you may have $100k in a company with $30m in debt...that company does not have viability/ongoing concern issues. its rebased share price is yet to be determined... it may be worth $100k still...

my opinion only...
