    $700m in debt + $30m in equity = $730m
    now $0 in debt + $30m in equity + $700m in equity issued = $730m and now your earnings per share gets diluted.
    so same, same
    unless im wrong? happy to stand correct - done in a rush and in between doing stuff at work.
