    Back in March...its happening.



    1. debt buyers buy up 1st tier lenders debts (already happening)
      1st tier write off loss on debt holdings
      Board replaced by the debt buyer's (full control).
      Splitting of assets to realise true value
      Possibly UK and AUS split and privatised.


      This is my best guess going forward.
