Just thinking out loud here but maybe the recent announcement explaining, in the clearest language yet, what the current situation actually is, was required because there is a lack of sophisticated investors left holding the stock.

There are plenty of retail holders who still don't see the writing on the wall and since insto's moved on long ago the usual price discovery that would occur as they incorporate the news isn't there.

Perhaps SGH felt like they have to spell it out in language so clear that it cannot be misunderstood by retail punters.

We all know the obvious example of who this is on HC.
