Yes agree also re Havenfresh & Gilberto Maggiolo - they were across all the negog and meetings regarding the proposed deal with SC Lowy at the time. Show some bigger balls guys and if you oppose the deal to try to protect us shareholders (thankyou !), but you need to come up with an alternative offer FAST that we can all consider. Or even better buy another 15 million shares on mkt to take you to 20% holding and do a full takeover...
