The first opportunity they will get is to start buying on market once trading starts. Sometime next week, likely the 29th Sept as per presentation. Just need to lodge accounts and finalise the tranche 1 raise.
That will give a much clearer picture of the liabilities. Best get that out ASAP so any potential buyers can get a better picture. The DEC Accounts give us an idea what we are potentially looking at.
How big will the exodus from existing shareholders be on commencement of trading?

A potential suitor could buy on market anything lower than what they are prepared to pay and don’t need to shops their hand for 3 days once over 5%
There will be approx 1.353 bn SOI on issue. Any offer will need to be based on that per share plus they pick up the liabilities.
Am surprised at 6c was thinking maybe 10c. The 6c will certainly have a few folk running the rulers over the company.
