I believe that the raise will be oversubscribed. If the new management hit the target of being cash flow positive this time next year you should see some upside to market cap. If MEIM are accepting shares as form of payments, they must agree there is potential. Will take some time to get this back on track. I think this is a much better alternative to giving up. While the dilution value is less than 6c you have new investors putting in more than diluted value. Time will tell.
