I don't think this mob is particularly smart, more "used car salesman" than smart. (I had another word in there, but we must be careful).

Are we missing something?

Did they know the probable outcome at the time of/before the demerger began? The question is how someone/many benefit.

Trust went out the window many weeks ago. Has continuous disclosure occurred? What do we owe the creditors? Is the company insolvent?

OR am I reading too much into it and they are just a pack of Billy Big Timers with super large egos and no attention to detail. Talk the talk and don't follow up on anything.
