Another option is to place ourself in an extremely bad situation, to convince ASIC that we HAVE to sell the LLL shares, then this would solve all problems - Though yes, we'd lose out on future LLL gains, but it gives FFX the best chance to survive without diluting the crap out of it, and gives people a chance to get if they don't want to hold gold anymore and reinvest that money directly into LLL.
I'm now thinking that previous directors knew FFX would be this bad, which is why they chose to keep the LLL shares as a life raft and didn't think ASIC would be this tough on the escrow conditions.
