A no vote would mean the BOD would almost certainly put the company into voluntary administration IMO.

It looks like there is considerable accounts payable to be settled.

Plus once contracts are broken statements of claim will be made.

The LLL shares would likely be required to cover all these costs and closing the company down.

Highly unlikely FFX SH would get anything and if they did it would be a long time off. Years possibly.

Anyone who is interested in the gold assets with the escrow LLL shares has been given notice that the company will have another couple of months to run with the $10m

If parties are interested now is the time to make their move.

I'm a bitter petty person, and threw to much money into this (my fault). Going into Admin takes AC and the boards shares down with us. A little bit of sunshine after what they did to us.

Cherry on top would be an ASIC investigation into AC and MA.
