Voluntary administration would require Morilla to be put up for sale first, with LLL locked up in escrow (unless that changes with VA).Therefore debtors would be forced to negotiate with administrators, who at this point I have more faith to represent small shareholders' interests than the board who seem more interested in pressing the 'reset switch' with them, existing large shareholders, and new "sophisticateds" positioned with a swag of cheap shares (2 cents if you remove the LLL shareholdings... or cheaper if LLL continues to appreciate as expected).

Having said that, I wouldn't have a problem with the proposal if not for the LLL shares.

Out of interest Gareth, do you expect to be offered 6 cents shares outside the SPP.? I understand you are a major shareholder, so your cost-benefit might be different vastly different to the rest of us, who can only expect to access a handful of 6-cent shares via the SPP.
