Morila debt would be contained within the Dutch SPV. Best solution as far as I can see is to close Morila, contain the losses within that and use the Tranche 1 placement to keep the FFX lights on which will trade on the value of the LLL holding (12c ish instead of 6c). No brainer really.
Time for this company to do what is in best interest of shareholders and not brokers.
