    re: Ann: Recapitalisation Proposal for CMA fr... the recapitalisation proposal announcement said that there would be a prospectus at or around june 7, so technically it's not overdue.

    i agree that this company has been very badly managed, but if you think about it, KKR can cheaply take over this company, turn it around (delisted or not) and then sell it to another party in a couple of years (private equity a la myer) and make a bucketload of money. they are starting from a very very low base after all.
