    re: Ann: Recapitalisation Proposal for CMA fr... Fup, the appendix to the announcement said materials would be sent to shareholders on 26 May (so the meeting could be held on 29 June). No notice has been sent and meeting can't be held until after 4 weeks notice. Timetable has slipped.
