These guys are treating shareholders like morons. They finally figured out that BD is unpopular, so he's just stepped out of the limelight but he hasn't gone anywhere. MJ is not a new leader.

BD is still drawing a $30,000+ salary every month.

You say "they could be telling the truth for a change". That's possible, but based on past performance (which is the only thing anyone can go by) then that's not probable.
