    Saved from receivers. Backers are confident it's a turnaround. Some new experienced managers. One will pay $500000 for his entitlement.
    4 cents will hurt newcomers but gives older holders a chance to recover.
    Holdings will increase by 150% for 4 cents.
    Free options, that will be a play in itself. I will be given more options than my current holding.
    Looks like the record date will be set before trading commences.
