- Do not worry about the expenditure on exercising your option @ 8 cents. You have the next 11-12 months until the option expires. Leave that until then, unless you want to exercise and sell. You can also sell the option over this period. Hopefully they trade well above this?
- Make sure the offer is fully underwritten by Hartleys. This is your safety net. (no ifs or buts. Pacific etc. have a lot to answer for the last effort. That is why BLK are retaining rights to sue etc.). Remember Hartleys have to fully underwrite $28 mill. for sub underwriters to proceed ie: MACA./ Orion etc.
- The shares should start trading on Friday or Monday (my guess). If they trade above 4 cents considering the option premium/rights and the low issue price, 5 cents upwards could be a guide. Be careful, ex rights is 25th Jan. (this is a very short period. The issuers must be confident). Sell the rights or follow through before or at this date. The shares may drop after this date. If they hold at or above this price after ex rights all the better.
- Talk to your wife/partner. ie: we are in the ball game can we afford this?
- Check share price between ex rights and say 9-10 Feb. If still above 5 cents go for it.
- Now you have a lot of shares and have the same % holding in the company.
- Next believe Milan Jervic and crew. They could not be worse than Brian Dixon at production forecasts.
Good luck. That is my plan. (still trying to convince the wife and have sent resumes as a back up).

Thanks drugo.
Very very hard to see this holding 4c now. So it’s now a complete gamble buying around the 1-3c range.
Penny dreadful’s end in riches or tears. It’s more than abvjous where this has come from $1.20ish and where it is heading given the millions of 4c shares on offer.
