    Let's not forget the role of the Board - including the Chair who has been on the Board since 2016. CLH may have achieved a reset here but I don't see much value in what is left. I think it's clear they have lost key clients (eg I talked about ATO before) and still have a toppy cost base to manage, so are far from out of the woods, let alone being a compelling investment oppportunity.
