I note that Dr Graham Melrose has sold a parcel of 1 576 923 shares through this raising as well, increasing the shareholder base in the company.
This also increases the free float and unlocks some of the top 20 holding without dilution.
His consideration is just over $2 million and I feel this is a great outcome for him, he has worked hard and deserves reward.

I also feel that this raising goes a long way to opening the company up for trading and increased trading activity, a good thing.

I do not like dilution, but it is sometimes unavoidable to geT forward movement.
