A new/decent CEO would hopefully:
-Lower CEO wages and board bonuses when underperforming.
-Be more transparent and forthcoming with relevant trial information.
-Cut the fat aka remove side hustles and focus on getting a product to market to create revenue source.
-Increase pace of trials rather than choose pace and strategy to maintain family dominance in stock quantity.
-Have greater connections and strategy in the western sphere.
just to name a few.
