But I will indulge you. Recce IPO'd in 2016. Its about to launch phase III. That's a pretty standard timeline on listed bio-techs. Perhaps bio-tech investing is an area you are not that familiar with. You might not be familiar with MSB's recent success story. IPO'd in 2004, and only just got FDA approval finally late last year (I made a mint on it, but I digress).

One wonders your obsession with RCE. Did you perhaps get stung as an early investor, misunderstanding timelines.

But yes. You maybe quite right. A lowly $75 million mkt capped company like RCE getting a research partnership with such a significant body may really scoot things along quickly. The only level 4 Pathogens Bioresearch lab in the US is a testing environment that Recce could never gain commercially. As you and others have clearly shown in your ignorant comments above, its not just another in vitro stage. Its a priceless research discovery opportunity within an area of biological pathogen testing that RCE (or other companies) could not otherwise achieve commercially for all the money in the world.

For all the time you spend on RCE, I thought you might have grasped the significance. Certainly the US DoD kind of picked up the significance of biodefence some 80 years ago in World War II when Penicillin's impact on troops was so significant in the Allied victory.
