In what way is DoD 'entrusting' RCE with anything? They supposedly will be running their own tests to see if there is indeed ANY credibility in RCE's claims.
Personally, I think this is typically transparent company spruiking, for the sole purpose of generating interest ahead of the CR.
And shareholders better hope that there are no adverse findings (assuming the tests actually do take place), or the same fate as befell OPT looms.
