One would think they had a reason or some hint that if they did this dual listing someone would start buying? Hard to believe they just thought "let's try this and see what happens" I wonder how this works as far as if German markets suddenly started buying? Does that mean we might see gaps up or down more often based on the foreign buying or selling in different time zone.

I am guessing anyone who wants a large amount will still play around with HF bots to achieve it so interesting times ahead.
May not make a whole lot of difference in these waiting periods that are easily manipulated but if news comes out of successful anti bacterial effect with no resistance build up it could take off real quick. Same low number of shares available and same large proportion held by substantial holders but more than twice the buyers able to access the limited stock.
