Yes but if the minuets reveal price sensitive information they would need to release that to share holders prior to announcing at the presentation regardless if they have the minuets or not i.e. RCE will know the content of the minuets as they were present for the meeting(s), minuets are simply the record.
My thoughts are they know or now know they will have the minuets prior to the presentation but they were playing it safe with the 30 days.
I don't think they would be presenting at the moment unless they had significant news to share to the 200 possible investors. It cannot be right for them to share price sensitive to possible investors unless we have been advised prior.
Mostly I'm just hoping this next announcement and the presentation provide us all with some decent insight and time lines for trials and getting to market.
