The sharks are circling
We should see a repeat of the recent FOMO trading which took us close to 0.60 in the USA.
These are the critical words from the ann as pointed out by SOREST.
"and has declined to advance at this time."
ARR is saying come back with another offer to the SPAC but they are also telegraphing to other big fish like MP, Lynas, Gina Rhinehart, BHP, RIO etc that they are open for business.
The just announced 39 billion dollar bid by BHP for Anglo will put a lot of cash and tradeable shares in the Anglo shareholders hands of which a big chunk will most likely go into critical mineral companies like ARR.
