The evidence points to GF wanting to to grab GoldRoad on the cheap…they need to fire an opening shot, and it’s a lowball offer, I get that…but most of us can readily see it for what it is. There are a number of foreign gold majors who could swallow both GOR and GF in one gulp, so that’s not a problem.
