i dont understand why there is so much talk about deg/nst tbh.
its been months since nst made their offer, both gor and goldfields have indicated they will support nst offer for deg.
imo the deal os as good as done, nst wouldnt have any interest in a parallel transaction that isnt required.
there are very few companies that could challenge nst offer, and none realistically in Australia. this would require firb approval and bluntly, given there has been zero nada zip from any other suitors the deal is as good as done. stop pinning hopes on a stronger offer related to deg.
