GOR's announcement linking GF's "opportunistic bid" to the Gruyere maintenance issues that occurred under GF's management shows that GOR is less than happy with GF's operational control at Gruyere.
It suggests that GOR suspects GF is managing Gruyere for the benefit of GF and not always for the benefit of both GOR and GF.
This indicates a break down in the goodwill that's needed between partners to make a 50:50 operation successful.
This is going to play out one way or another.
GOR should have the means to take out GF once DEG takeover occurs, if this happens let's hope that they don't pay too much.
