i will vote my few million against the webcentral resolution, not to say CNW board are good.
i cant see the argument for any shareholder (other than current board and webcentral) to vote for this, it would be very naieve to think the reason is to improve the performance of the company and value to shareholders, more like the opposite so they can get it on the cheap
