Can I suggest that all please google this Nicholas Francis John Bolton and then see what a disaster this guy has been and what s&&^%$ we will be facing if he succeeds with this notice.
Reg Nelson & Co may not be the flavor of the month but better for them to stay put than having to face disaster and loose everything.
