Have you googled the man and read all the various articles? His history with companies is bad. Seems many people lost heavily as a result of this man. Any event, do own research. To me this is not good.

The content copied into my last two posts was ASX announcements. Which just shows KBC's MO. ....concerning Yowie. KBC also tried to replace directors in 2020 with similar notice. Now in Feb 2024 trying a takeover.
