This is what's busy happening with Yowie. Not sure what happened about the 3.4c takeover bid. I think it closed 16 March 2024 (11 days ago)

Keybridge Capital Limited (ACN 088 267 190) (Keybridge), in accordance with section 633(1) item 8 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), gives notice that it has today dispatched its bidder’s statement dated 16 February 2024 (Bidder’s Statement) in relation to its takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Yowie Group Limited (ACN 084 370 669) (YOW) (Offer). The Offer is now open for acceptance and Keybridge encourages YOW shareholders to accept the Offer as soon as possible.
