Hi All
Defendants should be directors at the time and Northern Lights. PAC (old Treasury Group) are the plaintiff seeking restitution of financial impact of merger.
Given the number of dodgy funds contributed by Northern Lights, like WHV Investments, Seizert Capital and others, there has been significant loss for those holding at the time.
The details of this action will be interesting to see and a settlement will hopefully finalise issues around the merger.
