I think it’s a bit worse than “they just need to address their document.” They must have been making sales via merchants that are to people outside of their target as defined in the document and presumably ASIC have been getting complaints, I really think it’s the Solar stuff. Been lots of articles about people without the ability to pay being sold expensive renewable energy set ups. Escalating interest on mortgages would have increased people wanting to get out of contracts and complaining to ASIC.
