This appears to be Humm's BNPL MDO as of 2021 Version 1 - certainly looks transparent enough.
As we have no detail re the exact concern difficult to assess how problematic this is.
Maybe as they close down the small POS products and roll them into the bigger end the current MDO is not accurate enough or ASIC has determined they have been signing up people who do not pass this document standards.
Either way someone needs to give us more detail as to the issue.
