    This is pretty unlucky for shareholders and not something that is easy to anticipate. $1.6m owed to the ATO vs market cap of $5.6m is a tough place. Company has $2m of cash but given ongoing cash burn I don't think they can afford to pay it out of that. I assume DMX would support a capital raise here to extinquish the liability.
