Thats a relief. Succinct note from the new CEO is welcome. Obviously there has been a delay in the receipt of prior and (by inference) last year's RCTI rebates, but now we know the ATO has agreed the RE is entitled, the auditor's position is validated. A few million dollars coming into the coffers will be very handy.
