I would love to know who is behind BSG and what their intentions are.

the timing of the writ is interesting as it occurred within days of the confirmation inland strands processing. Which will transform the companies profitability.



i cannot see any reason for concern by the legal action by a minority shareholder. Worst case MRC holding might be sold. Which will being in significant $$$$, we might have to compensate BSG, which i cannot see it being any significant amount when the whole mine cost US$9 mil.

anyway, its always interesting seeing who turns up to post when their is even a hint of anything negative.
