its a LLC company, you cannot find out who the directors are or who the shareholders are. They are set up to hide the identity of the owner.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Skaland Graphite mine was secured with a related party or an associate of the former CEO (MVC)
Munglinup graphite project was secured from one of MVC associates who helped with a 249d action against the EMC/TSC board to have MVC appointed as the CEO.

Anyway, I am pretty amazed that no one knows what the breach is after 3 months.
