Are you willing to admit, Mr Caruso's selling of his holding (along with his associates) is part of the reason for the current SP?
you only need to look at Mr Caruso's change of substantial shareholder notices to see when he has sold, he also breached the ASIC rules by providing his notices months later than the required 2 days change in holding.

Anyway, I am not fussed by last night's announcement, knowing it is a 10% shareholder in Skaland Graphite project and not the original mine owners, it unlikely to be anything significant. Do you know if MRC was meant to buy out the other 10% from BSG mining and who the directors are of this company?
