    Hi opinionstor,

    Zurich Bay no longer holds any shares in MRC, the recent change in substantial shareholder notice confirmed this.

    Mark now only holds shares in Sumito Resources.

    As I have said before, the lower the SP the less money Mark gets from selling, Did you know their is a legal dispute between the Caruso's and sumito/zurich bay?

    IMO its likely Joseph doesn't want MC selling the shares held by Zurich Bay and Sumito resources.
