Hi Spid,do you know what the x Ceo holdings price would be with the dividends,loans etc ? Would suggest that he is still in the money.Also i would suggest as someone mentioned there might be conflict with the x Ceo and former director Joseph. And again if this is correct it would be of a private matter. MVC should have been bought out at 42c and we all know it.
