As I said, the issues is between MRC who are the 90% shareholders of Skaland graphite mine, and the party who organised the purchase, they are the 10% shareholders.

The dispute is not between MRC and the former owners of the mine.

All I have asked if BSG is owned by any of Mark Caruso's former associates, I wasn't aware until the TSC take over, Mr Caruso and Gold Terrance were related parties, yet MRC entered into an agreement to purchase the Munglinup Graphite project from Gold Terrance.

Anyway, I know you would be aware of who the owners are of BSG, yet you decide to continue to personally attack the current board.

All I can see if this action is going to allow AU mining to take up all of their rights in the Entitlement offer and us poor shareholders will will lose out, I am surprised the fan club (apparent shareholders) cannot see the this action and the takeover action only impacts the little guys and AU mining will end up with more of the company.

It is stupidity for you to congratulation Mr Caruso.
